Read this before disavowing: Google's own guidance — reinforced repeatedly by John Mueller — is that most sites never need a disavow file. SpamBrain already neutralizes most low-quality links automatically, and disavowing links Google would ignore anyway does nothing; disavowing links it was counting can hurt.
